First video with a new intro and the branding of the channel. If you want to get everything out of your engine heater you might want this cover.

Well done with good documentation. It occurs to me that you are in a good position to duplicate the test using just a couple of old blankets thrown over the cowling and compare the results for us...:)

A couple old blankets would be great in an enclosed hangar. But if you’re outside, and most winters I have been, blankets are not very water proof or like to stay on the plane with a little bit of wind. But a comparing video would be good to see what level of insulation factor the cover has on?

Nicely done!   That makes a bigger difference than I would have expected.
 

Thank you, yeah the numbers were pretty surprising. In the past I was in an open T over the wintersand when the temps were down in the negatives, the engine was still toasty warm.
