Upper deck reference line to fuel injector shroud compression seal part numbers

Does anybody know the part numbers for the upper deck reference line to the fuel injector shroud compression seal part numbers for an TSIO-360 in an Encore? I am looking for 2 pn's"

1) Compression seal for the nut from the larger line from the intake manifold to the manifold that feeds the individual injector shrouds. 

2) Compression seal for the nut from the individual injector shrouds, #9 in the image below

The CMI web site for their IPC seems to be offline today.

Does anybody have a PDF of the TSIO-360 IPC?
