She was wearing the harness and lines up top.   I am sure there was a pad and other safety stuff.

May I suggest that, instead of channelling our energy to rants and raves, we create useful forums like "pirep aerodrome" "pirep equipment" "pirep workshops" etc. 

This potentially can elevate MS to another level, serving not just Mooney pilots but the entire general aviation community.

it was real. just not live.  The drone stuff was filmed earlier.  I was really waiting for her to do something despicable because she is a despicable person.  But I will admit that she kept her views in check and the halftime show was ok.  Im not a fan of her or her music but I will say it was 1000 times better than the disaster that was the black eyed peas a few years ago.

Just to chime in, I too think politics should be left out of this place.  We have fakebook and twatter for that.

I think it is a bad idea. It is the reason I don't look at Facebook. Too aggravating. I come here to get away from all that crap, as well as all the so called news ( i.e. left and right propaganda) we are inundated with every day.

I've lived in Arizona most of my life. I've been down to the border quite a few times. I've seen people, hundreds of them, walking across the border illegally.

I've crossed the border many times. In San Ysedro  the walk through line is over a mile long almost 24 hours a day with Mexican Citizens legally crossing the border. It is rare for the TSA, Border patrol, Customs service or whatever they call themselves these days to stop anybody.

Why would someone pay a coyote to take them on a life threatening journey through the desert instead of just crossing legally and overstaying their visa's like everybody else?

I don't know how they set the drop up or filmed it but I do know that a number of years ago around in the early 2000s when the Superbowl was in New Orleans the halftime show included bungee jumpers from the roof of the Superdome.  During one of the practices unfortunately and tragically one of the jumpers got too close to the ground.

I was asked to go an video some testimony from the participants after the incident.  The good thing for me was getting to go into places of the dome very few ever go  However, while listening to their explanations of what happened I kept thinking about why we were really there.

POTUS should reduce g to 5 m/s^2.  At most.  Think of the fuel savings.  

And Pi!  Why so many digits?  Stupid!  Should be an executive order setting pi = 3.  Period. Simple.

The jump off of the roof was taped, she started the show suspended above the stage on cables. The jump was an illusion for the TV audience.

I enjoyed her performance.  Illusion/taped...No big deal to me.  Actually glad she wasn't risking her life for a 13 minute performance.  I give her a 10 compared to Beyoncé's 2.  Of course all personal preference.  Look at that I want political content out of football just like others do on MooneySpace...
