Dham Posted January 18, 2017 Report Posted January 18, 2017 Looking for fuel cap for a m20 f. Thanks, Darrell Quote
carusoam Posted January 18, 2017 Report Posted January 18, 2017 Check in with our parts suppliers... Acpartswhse and Alan 'slaughterhouse' Fox What is wrong with what you have? Some people have OH'd some worn ones in the past. And of course they are available from the MSC at unusual prices... Best regards, -a- Quote
Dham Posted January 18, 2017 Author Report Posted January 18, 2017 Thanks. The threaded part is rusted up and I wanted to replace seals and was afraid it would break off when I try to unscrew it. Didn't think you could just get the threaded shaft. Quote
mooniac15u Posted January 18, 2017 Report Posted January 18, 2017 There's one on eBay right now. It doesn't look pretty but you could probably strip and paint it. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Shaw-Fuel-Cap-431-9-or-PS380035-1-/262809585940?hash=item3d30ac0914:g:hFwAAOSw2xRYfCuy&vxp=mtr Quote

I bet if you removed the cotter pin and the castle nut the rest would come out and clean up nicely.
