'65 E POH - Anyone Recopy?

I wanted to reproduce my POH if no one has done it yet. 

Mine is transferring print to the sleeves so I may laminate the new one. 

The page underneath is fine so I may copy it as is or retype it all...good way to say I've read all of it. LOL

If no one has done this yet I will share anything I have to recreate.

I have done that already and have it on 5.5"x 8.5" paper if you want to save the time
