I have the parts manual...get a little more detail as far what line is that, under the belly, left or right of center?
Maybe even a photo zoomed out, now that we know what the clamp looks like

Those are very old clamps that used to be standard AN parts.  I've never been able to find a part number for them.  My guess is they were superseded by a later variant and no longer produced.  

Thats a shame, because they are really very handy.

You don't really need that exact part.  You can fabricate a means of mounting a standard, modern production adel clamp (MS21919).  

Oftentimes the only thing those old clamps really need is new padding as the old foam padding deteriorates.  Gluing a piece of burn proof foam, or heavy felt, or leather in place of the old foam works well.

There are a few things I changed out of my C, just because they rusted, disintegrated or rotted...

Look for the modern alternative.
