Hey guys,

I sold the Mooney almost a year ago and I have 2 Bose headsets with the single plug left. make a solid offer and I will ship them out. I think 350-400 per headset  is fair, I will cover shipping. Everyone on here has been so nice to me I would like to pass them along to someone who will enjoy them. They work perfect.

Bose X headsets don't have Bluetooth. I personally like the X's better than the A20s. Also they have a much smaller controller with out the batteries.  I just sent mine into Bose for refurb after a broken connector.  $170- new com cord, controller, mic, ear cups, and head cushion. Not bad.

No offense but considering you can get brand new Halo headsets for the same price, I think I'll pass.

Not an apples to apples comparison, the Halo ear bud types vs full ear cup.

I personally hate the ear buds, iPods included.

Those are standard passive, so completely different class of headset. Well technically the halo is a modified presenter microphone that you can buy on any teleconferencing website for about $30. The rest is made out of hearing aid equipment available readily for about $15 bucks.

So who's getting the better deal now? ;p

Brian, looks like you sold them, but if they're still available I'm interested in them for my skunkworks.

But Halos work amazingly well.  And if you just need to have active cancellation, put a $200 pair of Bose QC 15s over top of the Halos.  That said, the price seems reasonable if you want an over the ear head set.  Personally I find them to hot for the Texas summers.

Wow 201er...Just WOW...

I thought the same thing - I was looking for my "unlike that was a nasty thing to do to try and torpedo someones nice sale" button but I couldn't find it. So I will like yours.

That is a great price for the Bose with lemo plug!

I'd jump on them but I own four already!

Best aviation headset.  Absolutely love mine.

I don't waste my time making $45 headsets. Mine cost a lot more.

I'm not surprised by his comments. Stinky Pants is a married man now. He is bound to be grumpy from time to time.
