Before you replace the displays - if the issue is with the readouts - missing segments etc - check and clean the contacts between the display and the radio - a pencil eraser works wonders

Be sure the 200vdc is present.  I had a blown transistor in the hv switching power supply that kept mine from coming on.  Luckily the transistor was much cheaper than the display.  If I remember correctly these radios also use 2 different displays made by different manufactures.  I think they require a resistor swap when swapping to the other manufactures display.

Those are the display lenses not the actual display...

sorry, just trying to help. You might try the usual sources, Barnstormers, Controller, etc. and don't be afraid to call your fav. Avionics shop. They should be able to get them.
