Seeking partner for 68 M20F in Peoria Il many mods

I have been looking for a partner for my M20F for over 10 years.  Seems there is not much interest in rural America for GA these days.  Had I had this opportunity when I got my ticket I would have jumped on it.  Little money down with monthly installment gets you full use of a great aircraft that sits way too much in the hangar.  I own a helicopter now and down fly much cross country.  Also looking for partner in helicopter, but that's for another forum.
