There were 14 planes and 25 people at Lakeland last month enjoying the food, hanger talk and comradery
 
This month the meeting will be this Saturday at High Jackers Grill; Flagler Airport (KXFL) starting at 11:30.
 
If you are planning on attending please let Dave know (daveanruth@aol.com) so he can give the restaurant an approximate count on Friday morning. If attending AOPA like me, you're excused. ;)
 
New faces and planes are always welcome, and unlike our yankee friends in New Jersey, lots of people actually show up to these Florida events. :P

Gary, will you be having the $1 gas deal like our Texas brothers are enjoying.

Gary, I probably wont make this one, as I am heading out to pester our Texas friend Dmax tomorrow. Who knows, I may swing down south for some of that $1 LL before heading back with a new plane (not for me, for a friend) if it passes the chicken grease tests.

Dmax has his hands full this week. Any chance you can swing over to Ft. Worth for AOPA on Friday or Saturday? It's supposedly the last annual convention.

The plane is already there and apart, whether I swing anywhere with it is the question we still need to resolve. I am heading commercial to DFW and then AA to GGG.

Ill see, but probably will be sitting in the Hampton Inn over the weekend...
