Ovation 2 for sale

There is an Ovation 2 year 2000 for sale at Controller. It does not have tks neither deice on prop. Anyone know the the cost approx. of having tks, prop and every thing else to turn that airplane into a FIKI.

Last estimate I heard for FIKI was $50K.  Inadvertant was $42K.  I am assuming that is without the prop.

I am pretty sure the tks install includes prop and also window bar.
