The next Florida Luncheon will be this Saturday, September 8, at St. Augustine (KSGJ), starting at 11:30AM. The restaurant is on the second floor, over the FBO and you can either go inside and use the elevator, or use the outside stairs.

Future events all are on the second Saturday of the month:

September 8, St. Augustine (KSGJ)

October 13, Flagler (KXFL)

November 10, Punta Gorda, (KPGD)

December 8, Lakeland (KLAL)

All events start at 11:30.

Please e-mail Dave at daveanruth@aol.com by Thursday night to let him know if you plan to attend. He then calls the restaurant on Friday with an estimated head count. No one is obligated to come if they told him they're coming and then don't can't make.

Hope to see you there.

Gary: Returning from Afghanistan on 22Oct so I'll see you guys at the 10Nov fly in!  You will be able to see my hanger from the resturant in St. Augustine.  FYI...Self Serve fuel pumps at the base of the control tower are substantially cheaper the the prices at Galaxy @ SGJ

Get your butt home safely, Nick, with no more than one hole in it ;-)

Is your hanger the one with all the cobwebbs?

Good point about the fuel prices. Self serve, under the tower, is at least a buck less.

See you November 10th, if not earlier. cheers

Way to kill the FBO fuel/rental/transient business for an entire weekend in Central Florida. Nobody will be flying on 8-9 Sep down there. Wonder what state is next for the red shadow treatment...
