billy hellcat Posted Monday at 04:59 PM Report Posted Monday at 04:59 PM Anybody know the part number for the throttle cable? M20C Quote
PT20J Posted Monday at 05:11 PM Report Posted Monday at 05:11 PM It's going to be a Mooney part number and if you buy it from Mooney it's going to be expensive if they even have it. I would contact McFarlane and see if they have one. Worst case, you would send them your old one and they would make a new one to match it. 1 Quote
billy hellcat Posted Monday at 05:23 PM Author Report Posted Monday at 05:23 PM Thanks, Looks like it's part #660190-003. Mcfarlane says on website out of stock. Aircraft spruce has nothing under that part #. I heard aircraft spruce was cheaper. Quote

I doubt anyone keeps them in stock but if McFarlane lists the part number then they should have a drawing for it and can make one without you having to send your old one to them. 1 Quote

McFarlane will make one from a drawing that they supply and you just fill in the dimensions, or you can just send in your cable and they'll duplicate it. Quote

If you want to order it from Mooney, call a MSC for price and delivery. But, McFarlane will almost certainly be cheaper. Quote
Jim Peace Posted Tuesday at 11:24 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 11:24 AM I had a MSC install a new one for me on my C from McFarlane. All I can say is be sure to vet your installer...took two years to make it right. Quote
