Rear headset jacks

Had my first rear seat passenger in my 1984 J. Couldn't get anything on the headsets, either side. I know the headset itself was good (worked fine in front). Figure I'm missing something obvious. Ideas?

What intercom? Not to sound rude, but have you broke out the manual to make sure you had the rear pax on?

Think I may have found it, although I thought this was for the WX 500 since the front is also in the off position?

Check your right knob / it should pull out and that adjusts the intercom volume of the rear passengers (if I recall right). My daughter messed mine up once trying to get music to her headset and I found that by accident.

You have a Karaoke switch!   That should make for some entertaining flights.
