M20E for me Posted October 24, 2024 Report Posted October 24, 2024 How are the ailerons? There was a photo of one but couldn’t really determine the condition. Can you take a few more pics, looking down the trailing would be great. Quote
varlajo Posted October 24, 2024 Report Posted October 24, 2024 I know this is peanuts, but I'd gladly take the storm window latch and a Shaw 431-9 fuel cap, if not corroded. Quote

varlajo Posted October 24, 2024 Report Posted October 24, 2024 Oil cooler seems to be in great shape. Incompatible with my E, but someone should snatch it! Is the air intake duct damaged? Looks like that in the last picture. Quote

The entire tail comes off with only a few bolts . You will see some covers just below the front edge of the tail. That would also give you nice mounting points and may save the tail in case you find a buyer later for another airplane. Ya sorry bout lingo. I guess I assumed a wall hanger guy wanted more than where the section was mated? Quote

There are usually two - one with a blue vacuum line and the other with a yellow. The pitch servos are the lighter color(not black) as far as I have seen. Picture added from other user with pitch servo in plastic bag. Mounted near the rudder servo. Quote

I have a fuel selector made by the same shop in Ohio which is why I recognized the label and blue anodizing. My fuel selector and fuel bowl/filter combination for the later Vintage planes is listed in the Mooney parts manual with a selling price of something like $5000 or so. Treat it well. After searching I got the manufacturer's name (a machine shop in Ohio) from Mooney. John Breda Quote
