upgrading AK-450 ELT

Has anyone done the upgrade from the Ameri-King AK-450 ELT to the 406 Mhz AK-451.  Found our 450 dead in the process of importing a J into Canada and need to replace so might as well go to a 406 Mhz unit.  Is the AK-451 really plug and play replacement.

I recently installed a ACK 406.  Although optional we went ahead and wired into the GPS.

Thanks I had not looked at that unit.  It seems to be about the same cost with the GPS interface as the AK-451 is without it.
