Missing carburetor fittings and hardware

The carburetor rebuilder lost the parts in marked in yellow.  I'm especially after the mixture cable catch screw and hardware.

 

Any ideas where to find that?

macfarlanes make nice throttle and mixture cable bolts, washers etc.
