I sent them a cooler once that had good sized hole in it along with a cooler I wanted overhauled. I put a note in the box asking them to take a look at the beat up cooler and let me know if there was anything they could do with it. A few days later I got a box in the mail with two coolers with 8130s that looked as beautiful as yours.

You guys got lucky. I sent them mine 2 years ago and they said it was internally corroded and not repairable.  Had to buy a new one.
