gmonnig Posted March 5, 2023 Report Posted March 5, 2023 I rarely have rear seat passengers but on a recent flight I found out that the headset jacks aren’t working. I have Bose A20s up front ran through LEMO plugs and they work perfect. When I plug in ANR or passive David Clark’s in the back seat jacks I hear slight static and no other noise. I tried switching stereo to mono on the headsets, it’s not an audio panel setting either. The plane had avionics work done back in October but the Audio panel wasn’t changed out (GMA350). During my interior refit, I made sure the everything was still attached and the wires were in great shape. Maybe they are grounded out or something? I have no clue. Quote
RLCarter Posted March 5, 2023 Report Posted March 5, 2023 When I had a rear jack get grounded out it took out ALL the jacks (no intercom at any station)… I’m going to go ahead and ask… is the pilot/co-pilot isolate “on”? 1 Quote

That would be my first question too. I did check and it was off. I'm heading out to the plane right now to play with it. I do think you are right about one Jack grounding out all the others though. I'm going to check to see if the front plugs work with a normal (non LEMO) headset Quote
