I have a 1984 M20J. In the overhead panel between the pilot and copilot seat there is a 3 way rocker switch that turns on and off the lights in the overhead panel. The settings are off, low or high.  I'm missing the bezel plate that goes around the switch and I also need to replace the switch itself because it will not go into the low position, only off or high. Can anyone provide me a source for the bezel and or the switch? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Look on the schematic (vol 2 of the service and maintenance manual) for the component designation. Then look in the electrical section in the back of vol 1 and find the manufacturer and part number. The manuals are available from Mooney on pdf if you can’t locate one in the downloads section or elsewhere.

If you were considering changing those dim ineffective incandescent bulbs in the headliner to LEDs, then there is no need to change the switch. The high low dim feature does not work with the LEDs.  - they are just on high all the time regardless of whether the switch is set on low or high.

Not sure where you could that bezel other than salvage.
