201Steve Posted November 10, 2022 Report Posted November 10, 2022 Just got these Rex Specs ear muffs. Peanut is weary. Anybody try these or others before? 3 Quote
KSMooniac Posted November 10, 2022 Report Posted November 10, 2022 Our dog doesn't really tolerate the Mutt Muffs brand. Usually she takes them off, even if I put them on after engine start so she can (hopefully) realize what they're supposed to do... That brand looks more comfortable, so hopefully they work well! The Other Red Baron Posted November 11, 2022 Report Posted November 11, 2022 My dog takes off the Mutt Muffs in moments as well. Those look way better designed. Quote
hais Posted November 11, 2022 Report Posted November 11, 2022 I think Peanut just wants a different color 2 Quote
ilovecornfields Posted November 13, 2022 Report Posted November 13, 2022 Snoop Dog seems to tolerate the Mutt Muffs just fine. He’s pretty good at letting us know when he’s uncomfortable so I’m assuming they’re not too bad. 1 Quote

David Lloyd Posted November 13, 2022 Report Posted November 13, 2022 How about three. I have a set of Mutt Muffs, small, used once. Jake didn’t like them. 2 1 Quote

JohnB Posted November 17, 2022 Report Posted November 17, 2022 Haven't seen those before, would be interested in a pirep. Mutt Muffs generally work best from what I have tried. My dog is very picky about anything on him, took around 8 flights to get him used to keeping Mutt Muffs on, and that I think was helped by putting a scarf around his neck which I think distracted him enough he didn't bother the ear muffs :). Would be interested in hearing if the design you have is tolerable for a doggie. Quote
