I am expecting to be in LA more often whenever this whole pandemic thing allows. I plan to keep my other hangar but would like to find some covered space in Santa Monica so the plane doesn’t have to sit outside. Just need a corner somewhere and reliable access for going back and forth between bases. Will be a minimal footprint, the vast majority of my “hangar stuff” will remain in the other one. Probably little more than the plane and an electric scooter, maybe a toolbox or small chest for supplies. Please PM to discuss!

Will also consider TOA, EMT, BUR, VNY, or HHR but strongly prefer SMO.
