roman78J Posted July 31, 2021 Report Posted July 31, 2021 I appreciate your response. The part number I listed is the number listed in the POH in the equipment installed section. The only other information I can show is a photo of the indicator mounted in the instrument panel. I guess I can get the make of the indicator if I remove it from the panel. That's the last resort though. P.S. Can't rotate image to the left. Quote
carusoam Posted July 31, 2021 Report Posted July 31, 2021 It’s like a three turn spin… fully developed. Gravity on! What was the question that went with the pic? -a- Quote

You may have to remove it to see who made the gauge. In all likelihood the transducer will be a Flow Scan, now part of JPI . Clarence Quote
carusoam Posted August 1, 2021 Report Posted August 1, 2021 Roman, We can probably ask Alan about that instrument… he may even have one sitting on the shelf already… @Alan Fox is really good with pre-flown Mooney parts, including instruments… Best regards, -a- Quote

If so it’s worth hooking up a transducer to see if you can get it working. The trick after that it getting the correct K factor. I have a few old transducers in the shop, I could send you one to try. Alternately I have a used JPI FS450. Clarence Quote

Guest Posted August 2, 2021 Report Posted August 2, 2021 Just search Flow Scan 201 transducer, this is what I came up with. Also zoomed in on your gauge, sure looks like a small display window at the bottom. Quote

There is a blurb about it in the supplemental pages in Fuel Management System section of the POH. It has an on/off/ dimmer knob at the top right of the gauge. When you top off the tanks (65 gal for mooney) you enter 65 in the display with a little toggle switch at the bottom left of the gauge. As you fly it counts down so you know how much fuel you have left. But no clue as to manufacturer. Quote
