A 115cu/ft O2 tank mounted in the tail with all the associated valves, piping, ports, etc. That's off the top of my head. Quote

Pound for pound, that $50K avionics upgrade is a hell of a deal on useful load compared to adding a copilot to help with the flying on those long cross countries or especially when it's all going to shit in a busy airspace with low IFR conditions. My avionics upgrade is often like having a Pro Pilot sitting in the seat next to me. A pilot who flies better than I do, is a better stick, has ice water flowing through his veins, and has every approach on the continent memorized. And even though $50K sounds like a lot, you ought to see what FO's get these days. 4 Quote

Don’t forget the extra battery in the tail as well... and all the support it gets... mechanical and electrical. It is similar to Charlie weights... has some lead in it, and slightly more useful. The gym route wouldn't have helped me I might have 5 lbs to lose, but not 60... 1 Quote

irishpilot Posted May 2, 2020 Report Posted May 2, 2020 If you like to fly West, turbos are awesome. However, Mx increases accordingly. I loved my E, but the Bravo is a different airplane in capability. A 252 has a whole lot of capability as well.
