Knuckledragger Posted July 11, 2011 Report Posted July 11, 2011 I . 1978 M20J and don't understand how to read the triangle gauges inside the tank. Where exactly is the mark for 25 gallons? Is it at the very bottom or somewhere on the gauge itself? Thanks in advance
flyboy0681 Posted July 11, 2011 Report Posted July 11, 2011 Don't confuse the float with the tab. The 25 gallon tab looks like an L bracket and is fairly close to the top.
Knuckledragger Posted July 11, 2011 Author Report Posted July 11, 2011 My fuel tabs are triangle and say 'Gallons' on them. Also have a circle cut out in middle. Where is the 25 gallon mark?
OR75 Posted July 11, 2011 Report Posted July 11, 2011 i believe 25 is at the bottom of the triangular tab add 7 gallons and it will get you to a full tank (about an inch below the cap)
PTK Posted July 12, 2011 Report Posted July 12, 2011 Quote: ToddDPT At the bottom of the triangular tab.
