Norcal pilots, I need help finding a new hangar!

It's official, I have moved and no longer live in Oakland. My new house is in Discovery Bay. My plane will stay in it's hangar in Oakland until I can find another hangar closer to me. Ultimately, I want it to be at Byron, C83, as it's very close to me. I'm told there is a years long wait list as per SOP. In the mean time, other airports I would consider until I can get to Byron are, Livermore, Tracy and Stockton.

I only ask here, because often times pilots have an inside line on things like this that you can't find just asking at the FBO.

In order of my preference:

Byron
Livermore
Tracy
Stockton

Richard Odenheim (SkyView Aviation) has (in effect) become the airport manager since about a yearor two ago.  Nice operation, with inexpensive (relatively) aviation fuel, a flight school that actually has students and a variety of aircraft, and a good maintenance shop. They took care of my DOVA DV-I LSA, and did an excellent job with her, and Craig sold her when I bought my M20J.  I know they have (again relatively) reasonable hangars (at least compared with what I pay at San Carlos Airport). In my opinion, worth the drive, or flight to check them out.
