flumag Posted February 1, 2017 Report Posted February 1, 2017 looking for a KFC 200 trim switch P/N 200-01902-0002 (Why cant this be repaired - are mico switches really that old?) thanks Hendrik
carusoam Posted February 1, 2017 Report Posted February 1, 2017 (edited) Hendrick, You might want to use the search button to see how other people have fixed their AP and trim switches. Often, they can be cleaned or possibly changed out... The original design is pretty strong. good luck with the search. Best regards, -a- Edited February 1, 2017 by carusoam
CaptRJM Posted February 1, 2017 Report Posted February 1, 2017 I don't have access to my records but you can buy the microswitches from many electronic component supplier, like Newark. If you have the switch out you can easily read the part number on the micro switch. I'd suggest that you replace all 3 because of the labor to pull out the trim switch and solder it back in. If the trim switch doesn't return back to neutral then the spring wires are weak or missing. If you can find some .020" stainless spring wire you can replace these as well. 1
