I would love to but it looks like the timing is not going to work out for me.  It's the closest to my location - was hoping to make it.  Still might!

If we can also arrange a 30 (even a 9, 12, or 15) plane fly in for Thursday, I may be able to partake in that, stay the night, and head home on Friday - just throwing it out there.

I guess no one saw my note about the Bonanza pilots doing a 30 plane fly in.  It'd be a shame if there are more Bo's- and Mo's at the fly in!  To "motivate" the group any Mooney Pilot that fly's in to Beaufort, gets a brand new AOPA hat!

No thanks.  I am not a fan of MRH airport.  Particularly not the FBO.  When I need to be in that area, I land elsewhere and drive.

YMMV.

Hi All,

I am based at KMRH.  My hanger #49 is serving as a meet/rest area for the Carolina Aero Club.   Mooneys are welcome too. The FBO situation has improved and is now in line with most "for profit" FBOs.  The ramp fee is waved for this event.  If you wish to contact me or have questions use my cell 919.819.3451.

No fee's...the party is on AOPA.  Staff parking aircraft know that Mooney's don't like the grass, so if you get there Friday for the party you should be able to get hard surface parking

i just had to cancel due to family reasons.. I have a room at the CORE CREEK LODGE for Friday night that I will get nothing back if cancelled.  Anyone want it ???

I'l cancel it on Thursday if I get no takers. (PM me if interested)

I hope all enjoy it.  Unfortunately the WX forcast is not good.

Yeah. I'm planning to go even if the weather is not great (that's the plan so far anyway).

room is taken and I may have a volunteer to bring the canopy.

My son asked us to watch our grandson on Sat. so my wife said OK.

Given showers on Sat it made the decision easy even if it costs me $90.
