Wing Mounted Fuel Gages from M20J

A pair of wing mounted fuel gages just removed from my 1996 M20J during installation of bladder tanks.  They are in nice condition and were working properly when removed.

I would buy them in a heart beat if they were for a K. I see that it shows only 25 gal, where I have 36 g in each tank...

Any MSC should be able to sell them to you. They are standard Mooney parts.

These gages are accurate and useful for knowing fuel onboard. Specially during refueling. I didn't know that you loose them with bladders.

Yes they are lost during a bladder installation as there is no penetration in the bladder below the mounting location to accommodate them.  Various approaches have been taken to deal with the gages including removing the mechanism and placarding the now inoperative gage.  I chose to remove the gage completely, flush patch the hole in the wing, and repaint to match.

Yes, but you have to lean far over to see the right side.

Just to be clear, you can't see because they are close to the fuselage, and blocked by the door.
