Engine is almost timed out and it's got a old old panel.

30k for overhaul and 20k in the panel so how does 100k sound for a price?

I would be so negative about the time since major overhaul, but a lot of these birds sit and don't get flown frequently, pre sale.

Nice paint though. . ....and tank reseal is a plus.

What's the deal with these black on white paint jobs? This one is particularly a house wife creation. Skinny gold stripes and a flat waterline.

It is strange how people put their money into their planes. I spend on avionics and engine more than cosmetics. This plane more cosmetics and less on avionics. The incident database comes up clean on it. So that is a plus.

It reminds me of a couple airpark houses I saw for sale. The wife, who knows nothing about architecture, wants the bedroom here, the kitchen here, the stairs here.  Husband says whatever you want, honey. Pretty soon you have a wierd house that doesnt flow nor is very functional.

Did you ever stop to think that on this Mooney site, that most don't give a flying rat's ass what you think about Obamacare?

I have a panel on mine , (Beech) and the paint sucks , My Mooney has great paint , and lacks in the panel , When you are flying it the paint does nothing for you , but the panel does.....  When you are selling , the Paint makes for an easy sale over the Avionics.....Go Figure....

See... you're wrong, and I can prove it. If what you said were true, nothing off topic would get a response. The comment would get tossed out into the aether and no one would say anything. But that's not what happens. A great many people apparently "give a rat's ass". They can't help it.

Conversations drift. It's the nature of conversation. If you truely don't have any rat's asses to spare, don't comment.

exterior beauty catches your attention.  The inner shortcomings aren't noticed till you've used it for a while.  Same can be said about dating/marriage.
