Stabilator Parts Supply

Over the last few months, my Maintenance Engineer has been trying to source from LASAR, several parts to refurbish my 1981 M20K stabilator. LASAR have recently come back to us and said they are having difficulty sourcing them :

Complete screw jack assembly,

End Rod and bearings,

Switch housing.

Flex duct

Does anyone have any bright ideas about alternative sourcing?
