Garmin 430 Non-WAAS

Need to get a replacement NAV card for my 430 (non-WAAS), tried a million times using the card repair tool but not working.  I am confused as to the replacement.  The ones I keep seeing are Jeppesen and say for use with Jeppesen card updater.  I am currently on Garmin plan with the Garmin card updater.  In the past though (with this same card) I have used Jeppesen plan with their updater.  Is any old green card a replacement?

I can look at mine soon if you haven’t resolved this.  I believe the last time I was on the phone with Garmin tech support they said they didn’t have any more.  I ordered one but can’t remember where I bought it without looking it up.  Whatever you do, don’t try to use an Apple computer to update the card even if Garmin says it works with the Garmin updater.  It’s a expensive card killer.

I think the Green Jeppesen card will work because mine says Jepp on it and I have used it with both subscription services over the past 15yrs so I got my monies worth out of it.  I just don’t want to spend $270 to find out.

I was in the Garmin tech support booth during Sun’nFun and they order free of charge the card replacement for mine and was shipped within 2 days to my house.
