Hi guys

I just bought a 94 bravo, which missed the switchover to the fiberglass interior by a a few dozen SN.

My pilot side and door panels are in rough shape.

I can acquire an entire interior right now from a newer plane, all panels and the carpet. I'm expecting a few things will not line up and need to be relocated, maybe some different brackets, etc, but not sure. For example I think they moved the oxygen gauge.

Curious if anyone has done this, and if so, the level of hassle. Did Mooney make an official kit?

Maybe check the IPC to see if the new panels “supersede” your s/n panels

Mooney made the kits. Look for the M20M interior kits: https://mooney.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Retrofit-Kits.pdf

This is a fantastic upgrade when you can buy the interior from a newer Bravo. 20+ years ago the Mooney kit was around $15,000. I would expect it would be double that now if it was available. The fiberglass panels covered in ultraleather cut down on the plastic against plastic vibrations and noise.

How were the newer panels attached ?  You don’t see many screws and it looks like they come out in much bigger pieces.
