#5 cylinder airflow kit

Bought an 03 Ovation and having some #5 cylinder cooling issues. I understand there is a "mod" that can enhance airflow past the alternator.  How and where do I get it? 

What's the feedback from those who have done the mod. Thx

Do you mean this?  Some cut a hole - read on.

I have a 231 and was having some cooling issue.  My mechanic (Mooney Service Cntr) said they often drilled holes in the plate 1980Mooney showed.
