I have one Orion 650E 28V Red (OR6502RE) and one Orion 650E 28V Green (OR6502GE) that are new, never been used, and still have a 5 year warranty from WAT. I picked them up from someone who bought the wrong lights. I consider these new-old-stock, I guess. I tested them out and all of the LEDs work correctly. Normally, I sell these lights for $479.99 each but these are priced at $399.99 each. If you want a tail light or any other lights, I can supply those too. There is only one pair and it can be bought off my website below.

Yes. These has forward facing green or red position lights plus a white LED strobe light.
