Probably similar reasoning why "Gear- Down" isn’t included on the Pre-Takeoff Checklist.  ;)

For me, should be reminded....just for "Go around" case....

Mine does. As I previously wrote, I have  five things I look at. The gear switch is down,  the green down indicator is illuminated, the mirror on the right wingtip, the mirror on my left wingtip and the indicator on the floor.  It looks just like the ones on my previous. Mooneys.

No, it's on the Pre-Start checklist.
