One of Al's early planes, from Hallmark. Haven't found any later models.

It's somewhat more modest than Joe's, as well as sideways. Editing didn't help . . . .

Somebody across town had a home built project that got used as a Christmas decoration for years...

I only have Hank’s pic that I added some gravity to... which really is a sweet Al Mooney original! :)

This is a friend of mine, and my former insurance agent before he got an airline job... Yes, that is outside, and a real plane.bf6d97bf6c8ea78eb4f5928bdf769533.jpg

No holiday decorations for us heathens.  Indeed, for us Christmas is really boring.  When I first started flying I decided I would fly on Christmas, why not?  That was almost 20 years ago and I've yet to do it even once.  Usually the weather craps out, though one year we had clear blue skies but I couldn't dislodge all the ice built up in front of the hangar.

But I hope all of you have wonderful holidays full of loving family and lots of good cheer.

Couldn't have said it better!

Enjoy, everyone! My holiday starts in about a half hour.

Those Hallmark ornaments are great!! I think I have the entire set!! Wonder what it is this year!? Don’t tell me.
They really nail the detail most of the time. The H1 racer is the coolest!!

Merry Christmas!
