Looks like a couple of these panel lights are burned out.  Unlike some other styles the bulb seems to be integrated into the casing??  Looks like it would be a GE330 but I cant get the bulb out.  So does anybody know what these are called and where to find a replacement?  Or should I get out the pliers and see if the bulb will come out?

I dont think these are original.  Looks like they came with some kind of aftermarket panel cover.  (which is ugly as hell and id like to get rid of).  its only on the copilot side.  pilot side is all eyebrow lights.

Yes....the bulb comes out.  Just get a thin bladded screw driver, or even a pocket knife and wiggle until loose.  Easy does it.

next question regarding the same aftermarket cover...  I have to take it off to replace my tach.  While its off a few of the sockets those bulbs go in are flakey.  have to push pull and twist around to get the bulb to work and that usually doesnt last long.  So I was going to try to cleanup the connections.

Is it just 1 power and 1 ground going to the cover or is each bulb wired separately?

The answer is obvious:  So you would have a valid excuse to go BACK to Spruce!

I have some of these that I will never use again.  A search would have to be undertaken and they would need to be painted, but they are yours if you want them.  PM me address information for "search" initiation....

There is a little tang in the bottom of the socket, bend it up a little and it will make a better connection. Use some scotch brite on the sides of the bulb holder. Polish the bottom of the bulb connection on your pants leg.
