Definitely something I'd like to do before I kick the bucket.

One thing that struck me in the video was during the first turn to the left, the utility pole seemed very close to the edge of the road while the stop sign was down really low.

I found Google Map to be very helpful in assessing real state surroundings. At Summerland Key Cove FD51 in the keys the houses face the runway while the back side faces water for your yacht. You land, park in the hangar and untie your boat for going sailing with a pina colada on hand. What a life.
