Not necessarily, the devil is in the details, that's why we have logs. In my case it was done along with other work by the now defunct Modworks.

Run away.  It might even be worth the effort if you really like the plane to send an old-fashioned letter to the owner and let him know what kind of service he has purchased with that broker.

Sounds about par for real estate escrow companies.  Their one goal in the deal and for which you have the pleasure of paying them is to get all the paperwork together.  Usually they forget something

I am by no means defending this broker, but what I am finding is this sloppiness and casual regard for doing it right, on time, and at the right price doesn't matter to anybody, and by anybody this is my short list of people I pay to do work, lawyers, contractors, mechanics, employees, etc.  the list is long unfortunately.

I guess this might be the wrong thread to ask if anyone has any recommendations for a buyers broker in the PNW (WA,OR,N. Cal) who specializes in Mooneys.
