The item to be auctioned is a 1963 Mooney M20D. The hangar will open at 8:30am for inspection. From the courthouse in Monticello it is 12 miles east on Ashville Highway (CR 146) to Deerwood Blvd. For those wishing to fly in, please visit Airnav.com. (74FL) All bids will be taken by a third party and the winning bid will be required to make a 20% deposit, in cash, which is non-refundable. The balance shall be due in the form of cash or cashier check by Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Capitol City Bank in Monticello, Fl by 11:00am. All log books and a bill of sale will be given to the winning bidder at this time. The Aircraft must be removed from the hangar within 7 days. After 7 days there will be a storage fee of $20.00 per day. Anyone wishing to view the aircraft or log books prior to the auction date may do so by contacting the seller direct.
