  7. Randy. You already know that a J has marginally, but measurably better performance than your bird. I see no reason other than monetary keeping you from going turbo.

  11. Hey Zeph. This is right up your alley!!! Welcome to the forum mranson. Other than myself, there are mostly knowledgable and respectful members here. Watch out for Parker though. He can get a little..............
  12. Quote: Parker_Woodruff Like Ken, I'd rather have a Bravo. What I really want is a 310 horsepower Screamin' Eagle.
  13. On my old dirtbikes, broken rings were common. Hone the jugs and go on about your business. Glad you are able to go on about your business.
  14. Hey Jason. What was the final verdit???
  15. I will second Memphis and Beal St. It is very entertaining for a weekend. Think along the lines of Bourbon St and New Orleans, Beal St is 1/3 the length of Bourbon St, with zero smut bars. All the businesses shut down at 3am where Bourbon St does not. You can walk your kids down and around Beal without much worry, and no XXX crap. They have many many dining opportunities. The Arena is also downtown so you could plan a concert, college or pro basketball game around a weekend. Bring your walking shoes. Do take the free shuttle to Graceland. It is truly worth it. You can take a cheap trolly around the area. Since you have a young one, you will be limited to her whims, but since Beal is more concentrated than Nashville, I would think you would get bigger bang for your buck in Memphins.

  18. Quote: ehscott What do you think will drive up rates before the end of the year? I have gotten several emails from various research groups (Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, etc.) and all are predicting rates will be flat until the housing market and job market really begin to recover, neither of which are predicted in 2011.
  19. Good luck in your search, and welcome to the Forum.
  20. Ahhhhh. no worries. If those rivets pop, Squirrels can fly.
  21. braggart!
  22. I will need to read the note. For a bank to call in a fixed rate, full amoritization loan, there would need to be some strong language indicating the what, wheres, and hows this could come to be. Could you post this please.
  23. Quote: txbyker Just joined Mooneyspace so late with the reply...KDWH.
