I assure you he will not be sitting in my plane. He is very adamant about informing me how his 300+ HP 182 is able to cruise at the same speed as my M20E. It's as if he is obsessed with Mooney Cruise speeds. If anything would tell him to fly higher to allow everyone have great visibility. Mainly it is the whole landing mess that would be ideal not to have to partake in.

When buying yourself a Mooney - do NOT get your heart set on a specific tail number. There will always be others. First one I looked at had ADS-B, 201 Yokes, a JPI930 and a bad ass paint scheme. Sparkles in the retro paint was awesome. It did not have an Autopilot, an Aspen, nor a Waas GPS. My aircraft autopilot does not do altitude hold but it tracks the GPSS and heading etc. That + glass cockpit, Waas GPS is more important to me. Especially the WAAS GPS part. Autopilot + Waas GPS + Engine Analyzer is all I need.

My number one concern with this boot would be how well does it prevent Wasps, hornets and bees out of my cockpit!

Hopefully they sellers made digital copies of the log books. Upload them here some Mooney’s have AD’s requiring inspection every so many hours on their props. What kind of avionics does it have, how much time on the engine and how much time on the prop?

Are the Lemonades approved medications by the FAA? shame that the new FBO doesn’t have a restaurant. It’s a wonderful facility with a rooftop deck I believe. I could probably call call in a favor and arrange catering. TCL ATC was always a pleasure to deal with too when I would have to do a cross country. Not sure if TCL has a restaurant though.

Husband is half owner of a 66 V-Tail Bonanza Then KOCH - KIWS dropped Ed off my mom KIWS-KGPM

I have a Pro 11. The lack of bezel is a blessing and a curse. Having a bezel is nice to rest finger on and not accidentally touch / change something on the screen

Waxed one side of the plane. Then took it up to “break in the engine” quick hop up to KOUN ignore the MP and RPM settings. Fuel conservation is not key at the moment.

I got mine mid October (insert date when it was first available) will i I ever use it? Probably not.

Next time do KAUO and I’ll fly from Texas
