    I bought a used 696 and 300GNC. I paid $800 for a a GDL39 and canceled my XM subscription. (Long since paid for itself). Bunch of crybabies on the pricing. Wait. A new driver costs $350. A year later it is $99 bucks with a little wear. Avionics don't HAVE to be expensive. AOA and ADS-B? I am in a holding pattern. I have plenty of fuel. One salvage away from a second hand bargain.

    I bought the door trim seal (amazon) suggested on another thread. I am looking to replace the plane (not door) trim on the baggage and cabin door. These seals are quite thin...Now wondering if they will work for the job (to thick?). The trim is ripped and due for replacement vs. re-adhesive application... Thoughts?

    English pointer has evil white inch long hair that have apparently evolved from Porkey-Pine Quills. They embed in back seat and become one with the fabric. A real fashion/welcome to the abyss statement...for all that choose to dwell within.

    I like that it is very small/compact. Barely bigger than the keys. Still wondering if they came from Mooney with plane or if there was a vendor back when these key fobs were popular? Now to get the N-Number stamped in the leather...

    Not a big fan of the Butler Button-hook/Stinger tail, but the low time (airframe and engine), avionics and adjustable rear seats with F extension would have had me looking "past the tail". Prices are asking. Make an offer subject to inspection and be that two-dollar bill guy on the ramp. Different, but they spend. Different, but they fly...and they ARE a Mooney.

    I think knowing if it has sat for a couple of weeks would be tough...and I highly doubt that this is what would kill a camshaft. Two weeks, REALLY? A little dramatic...I 100% agree that if sitting idle (flying under 50 hours ANY year in a log is a big ??? on engine.

    Mine is September. Received a card in the mail with code. Went on line. Took ten minutes. PAID ONLINE WITH CC. $5 BUCKS. Received registration in bout 5 days. Done.
