jetdriven Posted June 22, 2013 Report Posted June 22, 2013 Good news. Lacee. Where is it going? Quote
RocketAviator Posted June 23, 2013 Author Report Posted June 23, 2013 Hampton Aviation Mena AR, I am following it and them very closely but so far I am pleased if not impressed but I will hold finial PIREP until the job is finished. I have been told that I am anal about my plane but I have everything in writing and get reports on a daily basis.... I bet I am not their favorite customer... LOL. So far they have been very pro-active like sending me the image you see and providing me a comprehensive pre & post flight report. I did advance them the parts funding portion of the estimate so they could secure the parts and get started ASAP and hopefully knock out what now is running on 2 weeks waiting for the insurance company adjuster response! I did talk to the adjuster and he said he was ok with me advancing the funding and did not see any problems but it still puts me at some risk but the airplane must be fixed regardless! Will keep you posted. Let me know how your deal goes! Quote

B26, since the FAA has not officially notified me that it has concluded its review into the incident, according to AOPA it is best I not comment on the details of the incident. Thankfully the good news was that there was no injury and damage was only to my airplane and of course my pride!!! Quote

Sounded like you bought a project plane and were announcing it flew again. Good luck! Quote
