mooneym20d Posted December 13, 2011 Report Posted December 13, 2011 I'm on. I know of four other mooney owners on my field. I don't think they are even members of this forum. Very unfortunate. There is a wealth of information here! Quote
bnicolette Posted April 4, 2012 Report Posted April 4, 2012 Time to revisit this thread again. Â Everyone on this map? Quote
Hank Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 I got the airport on the "MooneySpace Members" map, but there's no red edit button on the left. But we're marked now! Quote

Hank Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 Thanks, Brett! Some days, won't nothing work right. Quote
Cabanaboy Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 Be cool if an admin could PM every user on Mooney Space and tell them about the map with instructions on how to add themselves. Pretty neat map. Quote
kris_adams Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 Added myself at KLZU. I'm not sure how I missed this thread all the other times. Quote
bnicolette Posted July 22, 2012 Report Posted July 22, 2012 Just bumping the thread in case new comers haven't seent it: Directions for adding yourself to the Member Map: (Note: must be registered with google) Â www.mooneymap.com in the main search bar type the ICAO code for your airport. e.g. (KLBE) Â Make sure your airport comes up and that it is correct. click on the pin marker over your airport a box will come up with that locations information. Â Click "save to map". It will prompt you which map you want to save it to. Â Make sure you select "Randy B", then click "save" Once you save it a little box will appear at the top of the screen prompting you to "view map". Â click "view map" Find your airport marker again and click it. Make sure it's your airport then click the red "EDIT" button on the left side of the screen. Â Click it You will now be able to write whatever you want to in the description box. Â When you are done, click "save" on the left side of the screen. Quote
TonyPynes Posted July 22, 2012 Report Posted July 22, 2012 Can't seem to add myself for KGSO. Bit maybe it is an IPAD issue. Will try again at a PC. Quote

Hank Posted July 18, 2013 Report Posted July 18, 2013 "We could not understand the location KHTW." Didn't matter, in all caps or none. So I used "Lawrence County Airpark" and picked the one in Ohio. Clicked on the red pin, did not have the option to "Save to map." Â Guess I really do live at the end of the world; until now, I just thought I could see it . . . Â The nearby Class D [KHTS] comes up, but that's not where I'm based. Depart there on 30, make a right turn when able and enter downwind for 26 across the river. Quote
Oscar Avalle Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 I just added my location to the map. No problem. Quote
rbridges Posted July 30, 2013 Report Posted July 30, 2013 I noticed that it was starting a second page and would only show the markers for the page being viewed. Â I deleted some of the repeats so that everyone would fit on the first page. Quote
Mooneymite Posted July 30, 2013 Report Posted July 30, 2013 Quite a few "pins" seem to be misplaced. Â Are people pinning their mailing address, or their Mooney's location? Â We're doing airport locations, right? Quote
The201pilot Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 Just added a second mooney to CYBW... Â Â Marty Quote
