Here is a Mooney rocket that has had a better day.  I remember looking at it just over a year ago when I ended up buying my N10933 instead.  I do not know what happened to it since then but it looked very nice a year ago.

Very sad indeed.  I like how the seller puts all the impressive stuff first......then says its just a simple prop strike....thats 75% less than a overhaul.....not to mention how the hell do you get it home.....maybe you can get a one time flight from the FAA....LOL....oh yea first it needs to be put back together.  Maybe if it were such a steal the seller should fix it up and then sell it and reap the 100K I the buyer will supposedly save.....

Notice the N-number is carefuly hidden and the radios are all gone.  That thing has parts value only.  Of which there arent any.

Oh I just remembered that's Wentworth.  They buy the auction aircraft as salvage, I remember this one was up for bid.  They go to the location after they get the high bid, strip the engine, avionics, and instruments from it. Anything of real value. Then they offer the carcass up for sale for basically what they bought it for. Never even had to take posession.

I saw these guys at Oshkosh last summer.  They had a WX-8 stormscope display/processor for 900$, a Century IIB autopilot control panel for 2400$, Michel MX-170B for 1300$, and RC Allen electric attitude gyro, 1000$. Nothing had an 8130-3 form.  Ridiculously overpriced.  Im sure someone will come along here real soon and say how I am the one who is crazy.
