Anyone in here have the hi bid for N4722P that was being advertised as a closed bid auction?

looks like a nice plane but that is a hard way to sell something….

Is that the plane in Georgia? If so, too many unknowns - no pre-buy allowed and from what I understand, no inspection of the aircraft is welcome, either. Suspicious.

Any aircraft sale, with conditions such as these, make me concerned that it has filiform corrosion on the spar (or something equally catastrophic). If that were the case, the purchaser would be stuck with a plane that only has value as parts. Buyer beware.
