Shared hangar in KIWA (Mesa, AZ)

Not the friendliest GA airport, but it's so close to my house and I'm already tied down there. Anyone know of any t-hangars I could rent, or shared larger hangars that I'd be able to partner with? 

Seems *impossible* to get anything there.

I live and keep my Mooney in Pegasus (outside tie down). I am also having trouble finding hangars that are not 1,500 a month
