231MJ Posted May 21, 2020 Report Posted May 21, 2020 Anyone know where to get the rocker switch inserts shown below? I'm removing two rocker switches and these look better than something I might make myself. I checked Spruce and Chief Aircraft - no joy. Thanks. BTY, this is a really nice panel. Quote

I think these were just blanks that Mooney put it spots where there were no switches. They shouldn't be too hard to make though. 1 Quote
carusoam Posted May 21, 2020 Report Posted May 21, 2020 This still isn’t it, but closer... https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/inpages/holeplugs.php Any avionics shop should have them... (?) An MSC might have them in your panel color... (?) If they came from the same company as the CB/switches... Klixon/Sensata.... a phone call may help... https://www.sensata.com/sites/default/files/a/sensata-20tc series-single phase rocker type actuator-datasheet_1.pdf I’m pretty sure they are somebody’s standard part... 231MJ Posted May 21, 2020 Author Report Posted May 21, 2020 Thanks, carusoam. I found 'em at LASAR - they come in a strip of 4 but you're right, it's got to be somebody's standard part. I like supporting LASAR when I can, Dan in parts has been very helpful with my silly little needs and if they have it they ship the same day. Great support, IMO. The strip goes to the powder coater along with the new panel. 1 Quote
